Resolve "Set nginx RBAC behaviors on by default in exampl-config.yaml"

Since we've enabled RBAC by default, we should enable RBAC behaviors on all charts by default as a part of the doc/example-config.yaml.

Set nginx.serviceAccount.autoGenerate: true
