Adds icon to the Application resource

Adds an icon to the Gitlab Application CRD resource.

Image taken from https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:GitLab_Logo.svg, run through scour to make it as small as possible and turned into data URI. I am assuming in this case there is no problem with this copyright-wise since this is for GitLab.
