Bump Container Registry to v2.7.7-gitlab

Changes the Container Registry version from v2.7.6-gitlab to v2.7.7-gitlab, which contains the following changes:

• Handle bad link files gracefully during garbage collection (gitlab-org/gitlab#37611 (closed))
• AWS SDK v1.26.3 update
• Include build info on Prometheus metrics
