We describe setting the value of gitlabVersion in the documentation GitLab Version but it can break helm chart installation. Example from one of our customers: https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/143950 (internal):

they have gitlabVersion: master in their values.yaml
their chart had some older version specified

This MR adds a note and the recommendation not to use gitlabVersion.
