Remove path from gitaly section of ruby config
Currently ruby configs contains path option in gitaly section, this option is not used at all with gitaly storage, but currently gitlab requires it.
After merge request linked below this option could be removed but it will broke capability of chart with gitlab versions before removing path requirement.
This MR only cleanups old option that could confuse people
