Remove omnibus chart

We currently have a dependency on omnibus chart to make it easier to do development.

Once we have #55 (closed) #72 (closed) roughly done, I suggest we remove the omnibus chart.

This will tie together with us creating the link between environment deploys that will provision all the pets for us so we will be able to depend on external services.
