Redis: sub-queue Sentinels require main queue has Sentinels
Summary
We added support for multiple Redis queues in #1644 (closed) / !1287 (merged). It was found during configuring .com Sidekiq that these values will not be shown unless .Values.global.redis.sentinels
is also set.
While it is true that generally you will be using Sentinels for all instances, if you're using it for one, that is still an assumption. If the user has configured an item, we should populate it.
Steps to reproduce
Perform helm template
with the below configuration. Find that sentinels:
is not populated for an Resque configuration.

- c2.sentinel
Current behavior
Sentinels are not configured for redis.cache.yml
Expected behavior
Sentinels are configured for redis.cache.yml
