Remove the custom PostgreSQL 13 tag from the example. GitLab 17
requires PostgreSQL 14 and the bundled subchart defaults to
PostgreSQL 14.8.

Note: The PostgreSQL subchart is not considered production ready.
Use Cloud Native Hybrid deployments for production.
