according to https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/scheduling-eviction/taint-and-toleration
it's tolerations not nodeTolerations
this naming convention will also be consistent with the gitlab-runner tolerations in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab-runner/-/blob/master/values.yaml#L328
