Support correct spelling of GCS secret

This patch allows users to use the same google application secret for the runner as for other apps such as the gitlab task-runner.

Also if somebody creates the secret using the correctly spelled name like I did, it won't cause a problem.

This patch is backwards compatible with the misspelled edition.
