Fix typo in GCS cache secret key name

Eric Timmons requested to merge daewok/gitlab-runner:gcs-cache-secret-key-fix into master

The key for specifying the GCS application credentials file should be gcs-application-credentials-file, not gcs-applicaton-credentials-file.
