Add deployment strategy option

dpfeif requested to merge dpfeif/auto-deploy-app:feature/add-deployment-strategy-option into master

Suggestion to fix_ #43 (closed). I'm adding the option to change .spec.strategy.type from the values file. Also fixing a typo in CONTRIBUTING.md.
