We found out that there is a upstream bug on Helm which in some cases fails the API under the Capabilities built-in object.
This is causing the deploy job to fail. The fix for this bug was already merged and fixed for Helm 3. Although, we're still waiting for a backport for Helm 2.x, that should come in January. After the backport we might bring this change back. See:
