Refresh GitLab routes snapshot from GitLab master

What does this MR do and why?

Refresh test/routes/gitlab_routes.json from GitLab master (4449 -> 5061 routes: 623 added, 11 removed) and update the vitest snapshot to match. Most of newly added routes were previously missing and recently added in Fix truncated Grape routes in Cells routing sna... (gitlab-org/gitlab!253914 - merged)

All 623 added templates route to specific rules. None fall through to the top-level catchall and none go unmatched. The added claim-parse errors are placeholder artifacts: non-numeric example values (foo, john.doe) against BigInt ID parsers, which fall back to session routing. They are addressed separately in !1309 (merged).

How to set up and validate locally

1. npm run download-gitlab-routes
2. npm run generate-route-guards
3. npm test -- routes.spec.ts -u
4. Confirm all tests pass and the snapshot diff only reflects the upstream route changes.
