Integrate Hono for path based routing

We're soon going to be defining path based routing rules. This will significantly increase the number of routing rules. The current rule format is rather verbose and makes maintenance of the routing rules more difficult than it has to be.

Rather than implementing our own router and rule processing with it, we can integrate an off-the-shelf router component and use it for defining the routes. The existing router implementations are more optimized and proven than our own custom solution, and will lead to simpler rules as we can simply define the paths and path variables to match against.

Hono is a popular, and simple routing implementation we can plug in. This commit integrates Hono into HTTP router. As we don't have any routing rules in Hono yet, it simply falls through to our custom routing engine. We'll progressively define more routing rules at which point we'll fallthrough less and rely on Hono for routing.

This MR integrates Hono, and migrates the version endpoint to it as the only current path based rule.
