Use default branch instead of constant "master"

What does this MR do?

Despite the release tag, the behaviour of building released images can be decided by the branch. Some components, e.g. registry, can be released with a specific version through build jobs in master. However in our circumstance, it should be main-jh. This MR is to make it more flexible through the variable CI_DEFAULT_BRANCH .
