Switched docker login to use --password-stdin

What does this MR do?

Updates the calls to docker login to use --password-stdin. This will remove the following extraneous warnings from job outputs.

WARNING! Using --password via the CLI is insecure. Use --password-stdin.

Just getting tired of seeing it.
