Bump unicorn workers to the minimum

(How did I miss this? I have been saying we have 2 workers for months)

Once this goes in we will also have to re-eval the memory requests for unicorn in helm.

This is the cause of the 503 issue we are encountering here: https://gitlab.com/charts/helm.gitlab.io/issues/224
