Bump GitLab exporter version to 7.0.6

Two bugs (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-exporter/-/issues/71) have been fixed for the GitLab exporter, this ensures the latest version is build and that the system provides correct metrics in the exporter.
