How to validate

  1. Check the downstream debian charts pipeline: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab/-/pipelines/2146000275
  2. Confirm the debian images of this MR instead of the master were deployed (e.g. by checking the pin_image_versions artifact)
