feat: Add GNU screen to the Toolbox pod
Related to gitlab-com/gl-infra/delivery#21593.
The toolbox pod may be used to run long-running commands. In this case, running the commands inside a GNU screen session is usually recommended. This prevents the command from being dependent on the connection from the user to the Toolbox pod being uninterrupted for the whole duration of the command.
