Perform clean up of unnecessary gem files

Stan Hu requested to merge sh-more-gem-cleanup into master

What does this MR do?

This commit cleans up extraneous source code and objects from native gems. Precompiled native gems also ship with multiple versions of shared libraries for Ruby versions we don't use. Remove these as we do with Omnibus GitLab.

This drops the total storage of /srv/gitlab/vendor/bundle directory from 445 MB to 348 MB.
