What does this MR do?

Display gitaly output to stdout

When looking at the container logs, we do not see the gitaly logs. It would be really helpful, especially in case of outages like we had recently.

Related issues

Not an issue, but an incident related where we don't know why gitaly was failing: gitlab-org/gitlab!130485 (comment 1535460174)
