Ensure final image list is properly generated always
What does this MR do?
- Ensure final-images-listing job is run everywhere needed
- Ensure final image information is recorded for all applicable pipelines
- Ensure all components are also tagged with repository tag
- Ensure all the tags with which an image is tagged is present in the artifact file
