Include issues from Editor Extensions projects

What

Set query_all_groups: true for groupeditor extensions retrospectives.

Why

This should hopefully list team issues in the groupeditor extensions retro. Currently that list is empty, because the team works outside of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab, which is the default scope of the retro.
