Updating async retro for Verify teams

I have updated team members based on the recent Verify Realignment https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/Product/-/issues/5470

@shampton @marknuzzo @carolinesimpson Can you review? Is this okay to merge now or wait for the 15.9 async issues to be created?

Reminder: if you're adding a new team member and your retrospectives are confidential by default, you'll need to give them access to the project as well, otherwise they won't be able to see the issue

Can you also make sure they're viewable by any team members being added? 🙇
