Make information on the retro template more explicit and accurate

Labelling on the retrospective templates is a bit confusing, especially when a group didn't have any issues with Deliverable label in the milestone: Screen_Shot_2022-05-06_at_3.20.05_PM

This MR makes the template more accurate and explicit.
