Remove analyzer FE team from retro

Though we will likely keep https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/secure/analyzer_frontend as an alias, there's no need to ping everyone in it on our retro issues. This removes it from SAST and CA (DAST was already done).

It also switches Threat Insights UX from @andyvolpe to @beckalippert
