Switching from Defend to Threat Management
As a result of recent organizational changes, the Defend retrospective should now be labeled as Threat Management to represent our sub-department instead of of product stage. The gitlab-org group notified in the retro issue should also reflect this change. The Threat Management project has already been created under gl-retrospectives, the Defend project can be removed once this is merged.
