Optionally list closed issues with an additional label

Optional section that can be added to a template.

I am using this to list closed Growth-Deliverable issues as these are used for Product OKRs.

1. In teams.yml add: additional_label: "Growth-Deliverable" (or any other label) to your group
2. Ensure the template you are using includes issues_with_additional_label

Currently this is enabled for 2 Growth teams, and is used only in the list_issues_with_weight.erb template (currently only used by growth teams).

Example output when issue is updated:
