feat(project): add OnlyAllowMergeIfAllStatusChecksPassed to Project response

Description

only_allow_merge_if_all_status_checks_passed could already be set through CreateProjectOptions and EditProjectOptions, but the Project struct did not have the field. The setting was therefore missing from responses such as GetProject.

Changes

  • projects.go: add OnlyAllowMergeIfAllStatusChecksPassed bool (json:"only_allow_merge_if_all_status_checks_passed") to Project. It sits next to OnlyAllowMergeIfAllDiscussionsAreResolved.
  • projects_test.go: extend TestGetProjectByID so the mock response includes the field and the test asserts it is parsed.
