test: assert request params and bodies for group boards, project access tokens and pipelines (!3137) · Merge requests · GitLab.org / API / client-go

Group boards: body tests for create board, update board, create list and update list, covering name, comma-joined labels, weight, position and label_id.
Project access tokens: query assertions for list, body assertions for create (including date-only expires_at) and both rotate routes, plus error-path tests.
Pipelines: all 14 list filters with time encoding, a full-response fixture test for Pipeline, and a metadata body test.
