feat(projects): add topic_id, updated_after and updated_before to ListProjectsOptions

Adds three missing filters to ListProjectsOptions:

  • TopicID (topic_id): limit results to projects with the given topic ID
  • UpdatedAfter (updated_after): limit results to projects last updated after the given time
  • UpdatedBefore (updated_before): limit results to projects last updated before the given time
