Refactor low complexity endpoints to use new do request function

This is the remaining endpoint refactorings that I had laying around. It doesn't include all the endpoints that require somewhat a special handling. I'll address those later.

Here again, test coverage might not be 100%. I don't have the capacity to add it first, but might do next week - unless someone else wants to use some agent to do that.
