Added reviewer_ids to MergeCommentEvent

Right now MergeCommentEvent is missing the reviewer_ids set which I am seeing in Webhook request on a self-hosted GitLab v17.10.0-ee. We need this field to implement a notification mechanism based on Webhooks which includes sending out notifications about new comments to the reviewers.
