I created a separate, prototypical service for the analytics-configurator to make it easier to work with the code to setup Clickhouse for Snowplow/Kafka in Kubernetes.

This MR changes the setup to use the service instead of the Rake tasks.

How to test

Follow the readme section for setting up a new project with Snowplow.
