Upgrade kafka to 3.4.0

What does this MR do and why?

Updating kafka to 3.4.0 as that's a Kafka version that analytics stack is using.

Setting image tag to the same as used by helm chart https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/bitnami/kafka/21.4.1. Seems like we are using that one in helm charts
