Follow-up from "docs(platform): Add production load testing documentation"

The following discussions from !86 (merged) should be addressed:

  suggestion: Should we add a remark and/or test our hypothesis with vertical scaling the pods too? Looking at the latency numbers, I assume a major part of that comes from network RTTs.

  Given the current resource allocation, we should have the capacity to vertically scale these pods before horizontal scalability comes into play.

  suggestion: Lets reword this to Experimental/Draft SLOs for now. Once we have actual data from our production environments, we can adjust and/or make these announced SLO targets.
