Significant changes to the support-boot-camp
- Add goals for each stage
- These goals could eventually align with the goals of proposed learning paths
- Consolidate various installation and maintenance topics into one exercise
- Installation from an early source version
- Upgrades via source to understand the components we use and used
- Integrate backup and restore to convert from mysql to pg
- Integrate the source to omnibus conversion
- Integrate the upgrade from CE to EE
- Add steps to add license to final EE instance
- Introduce diagnostic checks and maintenance stage
- Omnibus checks and rake tasks
- Elaborate on Support channels and provide a progression route
- We could further add goals for progression to next channel
- Declare paired calls as a necessary onboarding step
- Expand On-call training preparation to include runbooks
