Update compare keys in master to be of the latest format

Victor Zagorodny requested to merge vzagorodny-fix-sast-spotbugs-cves-in-master into master

After this update of spotbugs, its compare keys include file path/line. This information has to be updated in this project's master branch fixtures because otherwise, it will create duplicate occurrences with the same names and other data when compared to the feature branch.
