Update to latest report formats

Most of our existing reports within master are pretty outdated, going back to early pre-1.0 formats. This MR updates all to the latest to take advantage of new features; i.e. remediations.

I considered moving them to a deprecated-branch as well, but I don't think the purpose of this repo is to maintain those, only to demonstrate our capabilities and as such should reflect the most recent.
