The $_BUILD_ variables have been brought up-to-date with $_COMMIT_

JC Choi requested to merge multimicro/review-apps-nginx:variable-BUILD-to-COMMIT into master

The original variables didn't make it to 2022. Swapping with COMMIT seems to work.
