I am creating a mapping between the new and existing handbook structures for clarity on execution.

list of changes:

proposals/handbook/calendar.md

• adds link to current content

proposals/handbook/front.md

• Adds charter
• Adds responsibilities from current handbook
• moves (removes) priorities and calculator to proposals/handbook/howwework.md

proposals/handbook/howwework.md

• Organizes this new section with some helpful board and epic links
• gives links to current handbook sections that I think should be in this part of the new handbook

proposals/handbook/operations.md

• is deleted. The two pieces of content here were triage and SLOs.
  • SLOs for issues and MRs is in howwework.md
  • SLOs for platform is in platform
  • triage should be it's own page that we can link to from here and from the DE and DA Manuals.

proposals/handbook/platform.md

• links content from current handbook that would move here

proposals/handbook/team.md

• Provides a link to current handbook and some ideas about additional summary content
