Resolve "Update the data_image for better QOL"

Things to add:

  • vim
  • dbt autocomplete
  • ipython

Changes

Added ipython to the requirements.txt for better debugging inside of the container. Also added vim to the Dockerfile for easier debugging as well as the dbt-completion.bash script to make it easier for analysts to develop inside of the container.
