feat: add kubernetes example

Hey @dnsmichi,

thanks for this fast example it was super easy and intuitive to deploy also to Kubernetes so I added my helm chart that the users get the same experience.

I did probably an opinionated change regarding the metric names but I'm also fine to keep it in my fork only. Let me know what you think
