Tags give the ability to mark specific points in history as being important
Only approved Level 3 (manually verified levels) appear on the leaderboard & count against statistics shown on the app. Submissions for level 3 can now be rejected.

Fix bugs: - Active Challenges tab was displaying My Challenges instead - Fix missing fork leading to app crashing
Fixed bugs and implemented auto project fork once participants joined a challenge.
