Use a recipe to make our front door modifications

• This eliminates the need to modify our chef repo, instead puts the appropriate attributes in a recipe
• The goal I'm trying to achieve by this is that we only run this one recipe, and once maintenance is done, we can then allow chef to run normally
• More work or questions should be answered before this ends up being utilized
