The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. The previous image, linuxkit/binfmt:v0.8 does not have an arm64
image, and it also uses an old QEMU version (v4.2.0).
Upgrade to tonistiigi/binfmt:qemu-v8.1.5-43, which has both
arm64 and amd64 images, and uses QEMU v8.1.5.
