Remove the direct access link from the onboarding issue template

Follows from gitlab-org/developer-relations/contributor-success/contributors-gitlab-com#94 (comment 2794230265).

I think in this case, the link can be removed entirely, since access has already been requested. This will also avoid confusion for the contributor about whether they need to do anything at this stage.
