Update 'Work in a community fork' section

As mentioned at gitlab-org/gitlab-development-kit!3023 (comment 1314815852), this MR updates the 'Work in a community fork' section to make the steps more clear by:

  • Changing the list to be numbered
  • Updating the 'create merge request' item to be more explicit about creating the MR against the canonical project, not the community fork
